We are looking for a dynamic and energetic HR Professional to join our Team. THE ROLE:

As a member of our Human Resources team, we will lean on you to help us retain the best talent in the market. We will work together to manage the life cycle of our ClearPlanners and the day-to-day operations of HR. In this role, you will have the opportunity to display your exceptional customer service, problem solving, and analytical skills!

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

· Collaborating with the Human Resources team to provide general support for our employees including managing on-boarding, leave-of-absence management, off-boarding, and employee relations

· Interpreting, implementing, and answering inquiries related to HR benefits, policies, and procedures, while ensuring consistency and thoughtfully navigating grey areas

· Managing benefit audits as needed.

· Working closely with payroll regarding employee changes.

· Manage payroll files related to benefits (Health Plans, 401K, FSA, HSA, )

· Experience with Benefits administration including day to day benefits administration, benefits billing and reconciling as well as benefits open enrollment.

· Creating and maintaining a variety of weekly, monthly, and annual reports

· Contributing to projects and process improvements for the HR team as needed.

· Other duties, as assigned

WHAT YOU WILL NEED (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS):

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

· 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably at a high touch environment with professional staff

· Familiarity with federal and state employment and labor laws

· Computer proficiency in Windows, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint. Strong analytical abilities required

· Proficiency working in and management of, ADP Workforce Now experience a plus.

· Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now reporting to support reporting needs for accounting regarding employee/benefit information.

· Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through is a must; performs tasks with high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.

· Excellent organization and time management skills; ability to meet deadlines

· Ability to handle competing priorities and work effectively in a challenging, fast- paced environment

· Must perform well under pressure, take initiative, and handle multiple tasks at the same time with strong attention to detail

· Strong interpersonal skills to develop effective working relationships with employees while demonstrating a positive, personal, and professional image; highly responsive

· Ability to analyze and present data in a meaningful way

· Flexible team player; outstanding customer service orientation and qualities

· Ability to handle personnel matters and difficult situations with extreme poise, tact and to always maintain confidentiality and exhibit good judgment

· Ability to work independently, to take initiative and to overcome obstacles

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment and to interpret rules and guidelines flexibly to enhance the business and in keeping with ClearPlan’s values and culture
